This is an absolutely fabulous stay in Philadelphia, although at the pricier end of the market. They have family rooms with enough space for everyone to spread out and kids will love the heated saltwater pool. The Rittenhouse Hotel is set in the centre of the city and within walking distance of some of the top sites. They describe themselves as “Philadelphia’s most historic hotel” and it is beautiful to look at. Guests aged 10 and under will receive a check-in gift and pre-teens and teenagers will love the complimentary in-room movie and popcorn.

This is a very well priced hotel giving you walking distance to many of the top city sights. They have family rooms which are really large and have a living room that transforms into a children’s bedroom with the sofa bed. The breakfast is complimentary and is very good, kids (and adults) will love the waffle stations. This is certainly one of the best family hotels in Philadelphia at this price range.
