Legoland Billund, Denmark family holidays

Legoland Billund, Denmark is absolutely wonderful and for any LEGO fans is a must visit. It is the oldest Legoland in the world and is obviously built in the place where LEGO was invented. Not only that but they have the new LEGO House here which is a fantastic place to find out more about the history of the famous brick, see some of the models through time and have a go at some of the brand new, interactive LEGO displays. Spend your break at the beach in Denmark at Blokhus

Blokhus is towards the very top of Denmark in Jutland. It’s a really beautiful area of the country with gorgeous sandy beaches and little towns and villages to explore, of which Blokhus is one. This is somewhere to have a fantastic Denmark beach holiday, away from the crowds and enjoying the best the country has to offer. There are some very lovely restaurants in Blokhus and little shops too. Stay in one of the sweetest Danish or Denmark holiday cottages that belongs to the town’s hotel, Strandhotellet (known as their three bedroom apartment). This is a lovely self catering cottage in Denmark but you can use the facilities at the hotel, including the indoor heated pool giving you the best of both worlds.
Step back in time at Ribe

Ribe is a wonderful town in Denmark, absolutely packed full of history and character. The oldest surviving town in Denmark, Ribe looks like somewhere out of a fairytale.
