This is an enchanting chateau that has a fairytale look to it and perfect for holidays that the whole family will never forget. Just two hours from Paris this is a great location from which to explore the Loire Valley or Normandy. They have family suites that come complete with bunk beds which kids will love and most of the rooms can have additional beds added. There’s an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, a playground and trampoline in the grounds to burn off energy. Food is served each evening including a children’s meal at 6.30pm.

The Najeti Hotel sits about five miles from Boulogne, close to the sandy beach at Hardelot and within the wonderful Opal Coast area of northern France. This is a great hotel for a family stay with interconnecting rooms and sofas that convert to single beds too. The hotel has lots going for it with an outdoor heated pool, tennis court, badminton and playground. It feels like a lovely countryside stay but with all the fun of the coast (and places like the amazing Nausicaa Aquarium, the largest aquarium in Europe) a short drive away.

This is a wonderful family hotel that gives access to some of the best beaches in France. They have interconnecting rooms but can also add beds in to rooms too at a small cost. They have a great indoor swimming pool with set times for kids and also a children’s menu for meals. The hotel also has its own private beach for a really quiet time on the sand. Set in Locquirec this is a great location for family holidays to northern France and there’s plenty to do onsite to keep everyone happy.

Their family rooms are in fact two rooms interconnected with a great space for everyone to spread out and relax. The activities are really all about the surroundings, the beach outside the back door and all the sports and sea activities going on in this area (and you’ll love the outside hot tub to watch the sun set from). Le Cap Hornu, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme

Le Cap Hornu is ideal for family holidays in northern France. Situated in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme the hotel has an outdoor pool for the summer and lots of opportunities to stay active with tennis and badminton courts. Le Touquet-Paris-Plage is just over 37 miles from here and Dieppe is just over 36 miles away.
